Tech crew news!

There will be tool training for anyone wanting to participate in Tech Crew on Monday the 8th and Wednesday the 10th at 3:30pm.

Regular tech crew calls will begin next Monday the 15th at 3:30pm. Please see Mr. West for more information. Crew calls will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3:30pm.

Blithe Spirit Cast

First, I want to thank each and every one of you for making my job extremely difficult. The amount of talent I saw at the callbacks was exceptional. I hope to see all of you at auditions again! Please don’t forget to come out for Speech Team at the end of September.

Blithe Spirit Callbacks!

Thank you to everyone who auditioned. It was great to see so many of you come out. I hope I see all of the great underclassmen at the auditions for the Freshman/Sophomore Showcase on October 31. And, don’t forget, if you didn’t get called back but would like to continue learning about acting, you can see Ms. McCulley to join the Speech Team.

If you were called back, please pick up a packet in the band office. There are multiple packets for some of the characters, so please be sure to get each packet labeled with your character name. We will meet in the choir room today (Thursday) at 3:00 pm. Please be familiar with the scenes you will be reading!

Tech Crew Meeting!

There will be a meeting for anyone interested in working on the Tech Crew for the Fall Play, Blithe Spirit, on Thursday, September 4th after school in the auditorium. Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend. Please see Mr. Whalen with questions.

Auditions for Blithe Spirit

Auditions for the Fall Play, Blithe Spirit by Noel Coward, will be the week of September 1st. The Audition Workshop will be Tuesday, September 2nd with times at 3, 4 and 5 pm. Auditions will be Wednesday, September 3rd and callbacks will be Thursday, September 4th. Please sign up for a time in the Band Office.

Welcome Back Stagecrafters!

The first meeting of the year will be Wednesday, August 27th at 3:00pm in the choir room. Anyone who is interested in auditioning for the Fall Play or the Freshman/Sophomore Winter Showcase and anyone interested in working on the Tech Crew is invited to attend, so bring a friend! Mr. West will talk about Tech Crew and will introduce our new Master Carpenter and Mrs. Whalen will announce the 2008-2009 season and hand out audition information for the Fall Play and the Winter Showcase. We look forward to seeing you all there!
